Account Representatives

Single Point of Contact - Each member is assigned a specific Account Representative to help determine, execute, and implement programs. Program communication and consulting is provided to each member by building a relationship based on RBG’s knowledge of their local marketing area and RBG’s knowledge of convenience store trends.

Monthly Phone Communications: Each month a RBG Account Representative will place a courtesy call to each member offering special promotions, new marketing programs and information on new items.

Banner Ads

This program allows a vendor to advertise on RBG websites. The vendor will be able to have an icon that will link to their web page. The banner advertisement will also allow you to have a marquee message that will scroll across–each retailer’s desktop. This will allow perspective and current membership operators to be exposed to the vendor/service/product that is featured.

Rebate Insert Flyers

Targeted flyers can be mailed out with the retailer’s rebate checks. Specific targeted marketing by region or even select retailers is available.

Direct Mail / Sampling

Utilizing RBG’s database enables targeted mailing of individual marketing pieces, directly to location decision-makers. Trail product mailing opportunities allow retailers to try your product, first hand. This special focus rewards with distribution.

Blast Email / Fax

Royal Buying Group Inc. will blast fax/e-mail your advertising message to each of our locations, getting up to date information to the retailer. RBG’s database can filter to certain retailers that need to be informed of changes in promotions, new opportunities, and/or price changes as soon as necessary.
